TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE      Essential: Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in donor funds grants management. Fluency in local language and English required.

The project is targets vulnerable populations in IDP camps and host communities in Monguno and Jere with the aim of reducing suffering and vulnerability to GBV, SGBV & SEA for women and girls of reproductive age.

The Integrated GBV Services for Women and Girls of Reproductive Age is a 10-month project (July 2021 – April 2022) funded by the Nigeria Humanitarian Fund (NHF) and implemented by the Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) in Jere and Monguno LGA’s of Borno state.

The project will take place in Bama, Dikwa, Monguno and Jere Local Government Areas, Borno State, North-Eastern Nigeria. The project’s ultimate outcome is Reduced suffering and lives saved, particularly women, adolescent girls and boys in conflict-affected communities in targeted areas of NE Nigeria.

REBHI is seeking for qualified vendors for the procurement of the following dignity kit contents: Reusable Sanitary pad, Underwear (Pants), Bar of Soap (Viva multipurpose), Lotion/Vaseline, Shaving stick, Towel/Fleece blanket, Hijab/Himar, Washing Powder, Carry bag, Flashlight/Torch, Wrapper, Whistle, Bucket, Mat

REBHI is therefore seeking for qualified vendors for the procurement of the following dignity kit contents: Wrappers, Hijabs, Bathing soaps, Shaving sticks, Body oil/Vaseline, Pants, Tooth brushes & Tooth pastes, Combs, Solar-powered Flash light/lanterns, Buckets, Mats, Detergent powders, Towels.

The intervention seeks to address critical dignity and menstrual hygiene needs of women and girls through establishing dignity kits production and assembly center with the aim of improving household income and facilitating social reintegration and resilience for women and girls

The Consultant will prepare a detailed comprehensive plan of action and road-map with clear timelines to deliver on the mapping. The Consultant will design appropriate tools to guide data collection, conduct field visits to the women led organizations in Borno state to collect the required information.

the international consultant will be responsible for ensuring the capacity building of women and girls at the production and assembly center. The main focus will thereby be to support on quality control, virtual training on kit production and provide technical support for roll out.
