Vendors for the procurement of goods for its office

Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) is a national Non-governmental organization based in Maiduguri, Borno state. The project is increasing access to critical dignity and menstrual hygiene need of women and girls of reproductive age funded by the Nigerian humanitarian Fund (NHF) intends to Procure/source and manage the pipeline for standardized dignity kits to meet the needs of women and girls of reproductive age and also strength the coordination for standardization; and maintain oversight on sourcing, procurement, distribution and post distribution monitoring.

Requirements:

REBHI is seeking for qualified vendors for the procurement of goods for its office.

  • Laptop computer (II)
  • Office tables
  • Office chairs
  • Satellite phone (I)

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivery of quality products and services on time.
  • Provide the exact products and services that REBHI ordered.
  • Produce product that if use properly will not harm people.
  • Handle their products at safe temperature and away from contaminants.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Registered with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  • Engaged in related business
  • Financial viability
  • Excellent safety records
  • Evidence of pension clearance certificate
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • VAT certificate of registration
