The Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) successfully distributed 370 dignity kits to vulnerable women and girls in Bama Local Government Area (LGA), reaching beneficiaries in both Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps and host communities.

The distribution exercise was conducted in a safe, organized, and inclusive manner, with additional distributions carried out at the REBHI Women and Girls Safe Space to ensure accessibility for those most in need.

The intervention prioritized vulnerable groups, including:

✅ Pregnant women
✅ Lactating mothers
✅ Survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
✅ Single female-headed households
✅ Women and girls formerly associated with armed groups
✅ Women and girls living with disabilities

Supported by the Nigeria Humanitarian Fund (NHF), this initiative provided essential hygiene materials aimed at restoring dignity, promoting personal hygiene, and reducing protection risks among conflict-affected populations.

Through this intervention, REBHI reaffirms its unwavering commitment to supporting vulnerable women and girls affected by conflict and displacement, ensuring they have access to the essential resources needed to live with dignity, safety, and confidence.

Together, we continue to build resilient communities where women and girls are protected, empowered, and supported.
