Seeking for Qualified Vendors for Procurement

Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) is a National Non-governmental Organization based in Maiduguri, Borno state. The project ‘Promoting Access to Integrated GBV Services to Conflict Affected Communities in Borno State’ funded by the Nigerian humanitarian Fund (NHF) intends to procure/source and manage the pipeline for standardized dignity kits to meet the needs of women and girls of reproductive age and also strength the coordination for standardization; and maintain oversight on sourcing, procurement, distribution and post distribution monitoring.

Requirements:

REBHI is therefore seeking for qualified vendors for the procurement of:

  • General merchants for the procurement of dignity kits contents, office supplies, utilities, PPEs, Maintenance of Toll-Free Line and other general merchandise.
  • Provide maintenance services for equipment and machinery e.g., sewing machines
  • Provide hospitality services.
  • Provide car hire services.
  • Provide Fuel for running of office generator.
  • Provide TV/Radio jingle services.
  • Provide foreign exchange services.

Key qualities of vendor must include:

  • Experience working in Borno State.
  • Proper handling of items and delivering in good condition.
  • A history of delivery of quality products and services on time.
  • Provision of the exact products and services in the procurement list.

 Requirements:

  • Registered with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  • Registered with Insurance Company
  • Engaged in related business.
  • Financial viability
  • Excellent safety records
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • VAT certificate of registration
