- To empower women ,girls and youth both at individual and organisational level through capacity building and lively hood skills development, education [including right education and access to justice]activities.
- Advocate for change of negative social norms through engaging traditional and religious leaders on the value of education in our local communities.
- Promoting sustainable livelihood programs with community participation.
- Creating awareness and sensitization programs on prevention and response to Gender Base Violence, Child Protection, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDs and other abuses of public health importance for a healthy society reaching at least 80% of Community.
- To promote good governance and gender equitability with special focus on women/girls empowerment through organising seminars, lectures and Conferences to hear the voice of women within the Society.
